Epoxy-Activated PuraBead® Edge is a pre-activated 65 µm agarose base matrix for immobilization of various ligands via primary amine, hydroxyl or thiol groups.

PuraBead® resins have a highly uniform particle size distribution. When packed into a chromatography column, it enables highly uniform packed columns with reduced flow resistance, higher operational flow rates and reduced column operating pressures. The advantages allow short processing times and resistance to fouling which maximises your column life span and avoids frequent, costly column repacks.
