OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

 

Chris is an Experienced chemist and production manager with over 30 years’ experience in chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Having started his career working in a research and development laboratory, Chris progressed into large scale manufacturing of fine chemicals and then into Pharmaceutical API manufacturing with Pfizer. He has a degree in Applied chemistry and is a Chartered Manager.

Chris has been with Astrea Bioseparations for over 10 years and is the operations director of their manufacturing sites in the Isle of man, Boston, US and Montreal, Canada. These sites manufacture Astrea Bioseparations’ base media, chromatography adsorbents and pre-packed column products as well as handling global logistics.
